Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar

Here is a quick and delicious way to prepare asparagus for dinner tonight!


1lb asparagus
1½ tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic
Salt, pepper, lemon to taste


Preheat oven to 450.
In shallow baking pan, toss asparagus with oil, salt, and pepper until coated.

Roast asparagus, shaking pan every 2 minutes until tender and lightly browned, for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
