Natural Ginger Ale

Syrup concentrate for ginger ale

3 ½ cups water
4 inch chunk of ginger root peeled and chopped
1 vanilla bean (slice 1 vanilla bean lengthwise to expose the seeds, scrape the seeds out and add to the concentrate)
Rind of 1 lemon (yellow only – no white pith because it’s bitter)
6 tsps of Vitazan Spoonable Stevia*

To serve the ginger ale

Mix a quarter cup of the syrup to 8 oz of sparkling mineral water
