Tahini Salad Dressing or Veggie Dip

Tastes Creamy without Dairy!

(makes 2 cups)

½ cup tahini
½ cup olive oil
½ cup water
¼ cup tamari
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Blend well in a blender or food processor until smooth. This is the basic recipe. Some other additions you may enjoy are, chopped mint, hot sauce or a little honey.
