Wheat Free Granola

A delicious wheat free granola that can be enjoyed as a topper for yogurt, for breakfast or on it's own.

2 cups oats
1/2 cup oat bran
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp molasses
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds (raw)
1/4 cup sesame seeds (raw)
1/4 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds (raw)
1/4 cup unsalted almonds (raw)
1/4 cup unsalted cashews (raw)
1/4 cup un-sweetened coconut
2-3 tbsp water
1/4 cup cranberries or raisins


Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl.

Add maple syrup and molasses together and mix.

Pour the maple syrup mixture into the mixture of dry ingredients and mix well.

Add 2 tbsp water and mix. If the mixture hasn't formed small clumps add the 3rd tbsp water and mix.

Spread mixture on 1-2 cookie sheets and bake in a 275 deg preheated oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is lightly browned.

Once cooled you can mix in the cranberries or raisins to taste.
